Barring an 11th-hour surprise, USF's fax machine will remain idle throughout national signing day.

The Bulls, who signed 19 players during the NCAA’s early signing period in December, missed out Wednesday on two of the primary targets still on their board. Dublin (Ga.) defensive end Steven Linton signed with Syracuse, and St. Augustine multi-purpose standout Kenny Logan signed with Kansas.

Coach Charlie Strong will make his first comments on his 19-player class later today.

While the Bulls still could add a late signee (players may sign until April 1), they’re more likely to continue replenishing their roster via transfers. Look for a slew of prospects to flood the market ― or more specifically, the NCAA transfer portal ― following spring football.
