College football picks: Predictions for USF-Georgia Tech, Miami-UNC and other week 2 games

The number of Times pickers selecting USF doubled this week. Two members of our college football coverage team are picking the Bulls, 5.5-point underdogs Saturday at Georgia Tech, to pull off the upset. USF is coming off a devastating home loss to Wisconsin.
