CLEVELAND — Kevin Love scored a season-high 32, LeBron James added 30 and the Cavaliers withstood a 40-point performance by Giannis Antetokounmpo to beat the Bucks 124-119 on Tuesday night. The Cavs, who had lost five of six, sent the Bucks to a fourth straight loss. Love, who was briefly hospitalized with stomach issues and shortness of breath after scoring four points in a loss to Atlanta on Sunday, also had 16 rebounds. J.R. Smith added a season-high 20 points for the Cavs. Love had matched his season-high of 26 points with 7:08 left in the third quarter. He made 9-of-14 field goals and 14-of-16 free throws.Smith, shooting .234 from 3-point range entering the night, made 7-of-12 field goals and 5-of-7 from behind the arc. Smith (1,790) passed Rashard Lewis (1,787) for 14th in league history in career 3-pointers.A few weeks shy of his 23rd birthday, Antetokounmpo shot 16 of 21. He had nine rebounds and eight turnovers, fouling out with 18 seconds left. Toronto had lost 11 straight meetings with the Bulls before the current streak began with an overtime victory on March 21.BLEDSOE TO BUCKS: The Bucks obtained guard Eric Bledsoe from the Suns in exchange for big man Greg Monroe and two 2018 draft picks. Bledsoe had not been with the Suns since Oct. 22, when he posted "I Don't wanna be here" on Twitter. Bledsoe averaged more than 20 points and six assists per game in each of the last two seasons. Monroe has been sidelined recently because of a left calf strain.
