Tampa Bay Times Bucs beat writer Rick Stroud broke the story that Gerald McCoy was being released by the Buccaneers, clearing $13 million in salary cap space for 2019. The 6-time Pro Bowler is now free to sign anywhere and reports are the Browns, Patriots and others are interested.
