Examining the Bucs’ most pressing questions

Sports Day Tampa Bay: Rick Stroud discusses what could happen to the Bucs, and what is happening to the Rays
Defensive tackle Vita Vea enters his second Bucs training camp this week. OCTAVIO JONES | Times
Published Jul. 22

We answer the pressing questions the Buccaneers face going into training camp this week, including:

* How will they replace Jason Pierre-Paul while he is out?

* Can Vita Vea and Devin White live up to expectations?

* How does the young secondary shake out?

* Who will be the kicker?

* And how much will coaching matter this year.

Plus the Rays lose two of three to the White Sox as the offense has disappeared, the bullpen blew another lead, Kevin Kiermaier injured his thumb sliding into first base and the Rays are on the outside of the wild card if the playoffs started today.
