Ryan Fitzpatrick is back in town, this time practicing against, not with, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It feels like a good time to talk about why he’s in Miami, why the Bucs didn’t want Fitzpatrick to back up Jameis Winston this year and what Dolphins quarterback Josh Rosen says about his mentor.

Also: Ronde Barber spoke about his upcoming induction into the Bucs Ring of Honor this year, some of his memories and that tremendous game he had in Philadelphia in the NFC Championship Game.

Rays beat writer Marc Topkin joins us from San Diego, where the Rays are now 21 games over .500 despite all of the injuries and obstacles this season. Topkin talks about their chances are to make the playoffs for the first time since 2013.
