Does Warren Sapp have a point about Gerald McCoy?

Does Warren Sapp have a point about Gerald McCoy? I spoke to Sapp about McCoy’s stance about the Bucs giving out McCoy’s No. 93 to Ndamukong Suh, and Sapp says his McCoy’s number shouldn’t be off limits because he didn’t win anything in Tampa Bay.
