Hall is the only player who did not finish 2019 on the Bucs’ practice squad.Four of the players signed to futures contracts have played in regular-season NFL games: Fabiano, Hall, Ledbetter and Leggett. In fact, Leggett was on the Bucs’ 53-man roster for eight games last season although he was inactive during those games. He played 15 games with four starts with the Jets in 2018.Hall was a fourth-round pick of the Bears in 2016 out of Northern Iowa. He was traded to the Eagles for a seventh-round pick at the start of 2018 but went on injured reserve in September with a hamstring injury.Players signed to a reserve-future contract can be added to an NFL team’s roster when it expands from 53 to 90 players on the first day of the 2020 business year (March 18).
