The 17th annual “Turkey Time with the O-Line,” supported by Publix, was held in the parking lot at Raymond James Stadium on Tuesday afternoon.
Bucs offensive linemen, coaches and staff, with the help of Bucs cheerleaders and students from Young Middle Magnet School, handed out turkeys and all the fixings to families pre-selected by United Way Suncoast, Hillsborough County Public Schools and local nonprofit organizations.
Players Matt Feiler, Luke Goedeke, Robert Hainsey, Cody Mauch, Nick Leverett, Aaron Stinnie, Justin Skule, Brandon Walton and Tristan Wirfs handed out more than 1,000 complete Thanksgiving meals. The Bucs also gave a $43,500 check to Feeding Tampa Bay, which helped put on Tuesday’s event.
