TAMPA — Three starting offensive linemen, including Gaither High alumnus Donovan Jennings, were among the USF players not available for Saturday’s game against the Citadel.

The school released the 12-player list minutes before kickoff. No reasons were specified for the players' absences.

Jennings, a 338-pound junior left tackle with 12 career starts, was joined on the unavailable list by left guard Demetris Harris and center Brad Cecil.

Joshua Blanchard, a 315-pound freshman, started in Jennings' place. Freshman Dustyn Hall started for Cecil, and junior Jean Marcellus — a Jefferson High alumnus — made his first career start in place of Harris, who has 23 career starts.

Also listed as unavailable: quarterback Cade Fortin, placekicker Jared Sackett, tight ends Fred Lloyd and Holden Willis, left guard Sebastian Sainterling, halfback Leonard Parker, linebacker Demaurez Bellamy, nose guard Kevin Kegler and defensive back Keyon Helton.
