The USF football team has added a home game against Howard to its 2022 schedule.

The game will be played on Sept. 10, 2022 at Raymond James Stadium. The addition gives the Bulls’ three non-conference dates in 2022: vs. Howard at Florida (Sept. 17) and at Louisville (Sept. 24).

In addition, USF moved its 2022 game against UMass back to 2030, with a date to be announced. The Bulls’ 2023 game against Florida A&M has been moved up two weeks to Sept. 9, 2023.

Howard is coached by former Bulls player and longtime assistant coach Larry Scott. Ex-USF player and assistant Lindsey Lamar is the Bison’s wide receivers coach.

A Division I FCS program and member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, Howard did not compete in the fall of 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bison posted a 2-10 record in the 2019 season, prior to Scott’s arrival.

Season ticket renewals are currently ongoing. New season ticket sales will begin March 1. Call or texting 1-800-GoBulls or visit USFBULLSTIX.com for information.
