USF announced Wednesday that its home games at Raymond James Stadium will return to full capacity this fall, which takes on great relevance in light of its home opener.

Sept. 11 against the Florida Gators.

The program’s single-game home attendance record (69,383 vs. FSU in 2012) could be approached when the Bulls face the Gators for only the second time — and the first time ever in Tampa. Other home foes this fall: Florida A&M (Sept. 18), Tulsa (Oct. 16), Temple (Oct. 23), Houston (Nov. 6) and Cincinnati (Nov. 12).

In addition to the full-capacity announcement, the school also confirmed no tailgating restrictions outside the stadium are anticipated.

The Bucs haven’t formally announced their guidelines for home games this fall, though they’re also expected to be at full capacity.

As a precaution against the coronavirus, USF permitted no fans for last season’s opener against The Citadel, and allowed limited, socially distanced audiences for its other three home contests in 2020.

Single-game tickets for the 2021 season go on sale July 7. All ticket prices are subject to dynamic price changes based on demand, the school indicated. For information, go to this link.
