2. RB Malik Davis (Jesuit High) scored his first career touchdowns — a 1-yarder in the third quarter and a game-sealing 39-yarder on fourth down. It's still early, but he looks like a future star.
3. One unsung hero: DE Jordan Sherit. The Hillsborough High alumnus didn't have a sack, but he recorded five quarterback hurries on a defense that tightened up after a rough start.
