DESTIN — College football's transfer rules have already become a hot-button topic of conversation at the SEC's spring meetings.

South Carolina coach Will Muschamp said he thinks graduate transfers should be eligible immediately. But undergrads who want to transfer anywhere without sitting out? That could lead to free agency.

"If you want to do that, there will be coaches recruiting off your campus," said Muschamp, the former Gators coach. "I'll be honest. That's what's going to happen."

Muschamp said players transfer for many reasons, so you don't want to lump them into one category. But he fears that no repercussions for transferring is teaching players to "run from adversity."
