The biggest story Saturday was the quarterback change from Feleipe Franks to Kyle Trask. But don't pin the loss all on Franks. It's not his job to stop the run (which his defense couldn't do) or run the ball (which his backs didn't do well enough).

Another sign Gators coach Dan Mullen intends to redshirt blue-chip freshman QB Emory Jones: Three players took snaps at quarterback Saturday. Jones was not one of them.

Florida's special teams have been one of the biggest turnarounds on the team. Which makes it surprising that the Gators were whistled for back-to-back offside penalties while trying to block a Missouri extra point in the third quarter, and that P Tommy Townsend was flagged twice for 15-yard penalties.
