The Florida Gators announced a somewhat historic home-and-home series with Colorado on Wednesday.
UF will host the Buffaloes on Sept. 9, 2028 and travel to Boulder on Sept. 8, 2029. That trip to Colorado would be the Gators’ first true non-conference road game out of the state since a 38-21 loss at Syracuse in 1991.
Of course, that game is still a decade away, and UF athletic director Scott Stricklin has teased to upcoming, not-yet-announced series.
The Gators have never played Colorado.
