The teams are tied for second in the AFC East and at 5-4 are both playoff contenders. A Buffalo win gives the Bills the tiebreaker. Miami RB Lamar Miller (shoulder) isn't yet 100 percent, and QB Ryan Tannehill has struggled against Buffalo in his young career: 1-4 as a starter against the Bills and 19-17 against everyone else. The Bills are getting healthy but need to start capitalizing on a league-worst red zone offense. That'll be hard to do in Miami against a defense that's among the league leaders in sacks (28) and forced fumbles (10).

Matt Baker's pick: Dolphins, 21-17
