RUSKIN — Fitzroy Gardner led Lennard's defense in holding King's offense to negative yards, and Jahryn Bailey led Lennard's offense, which got into gear late and pulled away for the 26-7 victory. Drive of the game: Up 12-7 in the fourth quarter, Lennard put together a 14-play, 67-yard drive that was aided by an offside call on a fourth and 5. Michael Dixon caught a 2-yard TD pass on a broken play from Zelquaned Culpepper to finish the drive. Stars of the Game: Lennard's defense was swarming all night and held King to just one first down for the game. Gardner led the charge with six tackles for a loss, including three sacks. Jalen Harrison scored the winning touchdown on a fumble recovery that he ran back for 30 yards. Bailey finished with 129 yards rushing and two touchdowns on 22 carries. Stat of the Game: Despite negative yards on offense and just one first down, King held a 7-6 lead until midway through the third quarter.
