SEMINOLE — It was Homecoming night at Seminole, but the Warhawk defense was no match for the running power of Northeast's Shaquan Johnson, who scored five of the Vikings' seven touchdowns.
Star of the game: Johnson continued to be a big threat on the field, keeping the Viking's undefeated streak (4-0) intact. In addition to his touchdowns, he tallied an impressive 176 rushing yards. "If you put a 100-foot wall in front of Shaq, he will find a way to get around it," coach Jeremy Frioud said.
Key play: The Vikings wanted to get on the scoreboard fast and they did. Only two minutes into the game, quarterback Keon Gulley threw a pass to Khaishef Edwards for a 60-yard score.
Final word: "The reason that this team is 4-0 is the preparation and the hard work that these kids have put in. We are playing unselfish football right now. Whatever is there, they take it and we try to win." — Frioud
