Spring game-breakers: The well-oiled machine at Sunlake keeps on churning. Despite graduating more than 20 seniors and only returning two starters on offense and defense, the Seahawks don't seem to have missed a beat. The stingy defense pitched a shutout in two halves of play. Adam Jarvis and Jonathan Hoback led the defense, each with a tackle for loss to go along with several hard hits Tuesday night. … Sunlake returned three of its six interceptions for touchdowns (Joe Forgas, Elton Harrison and Bryant Beacham). … Ryan Kasper started under center for Sunlake, throwing for 157 yards and two touchdowns. … Ridgewood LB Elmir Aljic had the most sacks Tuesday night with three.

Did you know? Just how many offensive plays did Sunlake run in the first 14 minutes against Ridgewood? Six. And they led 34-0 at that point. Sunlake had that many in its first drive against Fivay.

Audible I: "Its a learning experience. There's are a lot of little things we've got to clean up. But we're getting there." — Sunlake coach Bill Browning

Audible II: "There's things I liked that we did in the first game. We blocked and tackled better. I was hoping for a better experience for our kids against Sunlake. You get kinda shell shocked early. I think we're better than that." — Ridgewood coach Jay Fulmer
