The Florida Gators have added another Power Five opponent to their future schedules, announcing a home-and-home series with Cal.

UF will host Cal on Sept. 19, 2026 and travel to Berkeley on Sept. 4, 2027.

The Gators have played only twice before and not since 1980, when UF won 41-13 in the season opener in Tampa. Florida also won the other meeting, a 21-17 victory in 1974.
