Florida State's Jessica Warren has jogged 17,040 feet around the bases in her four-year career.

Those trots are the result of the softballs she routinely clobbers over fences.

Warren, a former Alonso standout, has 71 career home runs.

Her next blast will mark an impressive milestone.

Warren is in a five-way tie for 18th in career homers at the Division I-A level. She is tied with a pair of former state stars, UCF's Stephanie Best (2002-05) and Florida's Lauren Haeger (2012-15).

With another home run, Warren not only moves up to 17th on the all-time list, but becomes the state leader.

Warren also is 25th in career RBIs with 237, one ahead of former Chamberlain and LSU standout Bianka Bella. Warren would need 24 more RBIs to top Haeger (260) as the state's all-time leader.

The Seminoles (21-6) have a doubleheader today against Troy (17-10).
