Plant City receiver Mario Williams announced Friday that he has orally committed to Oklahoma.

Williams is the top Tampa Bay recruit for the class of 2021. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound athlete is the nation’s No. 40 overall player, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. Rivals lists him as a five-star prospect.

In three years with the Raiders, he has caught 120 passes for 2,448 yards and 33 touchdowns. He also has one touchdown run and one touchdown pass.

Williams is also a standout baseball player who stole 14 bases as a freshman and hit .280 with nine RBIs during Plant City’s run to the Class 8A state championship as a sophomore.
