The Lightning will celebrate Tampa’s annual pirate festival in their own way by donning Gasparilla-themed warmup jerseys before their game against the Vegas Golden Knights Jan. 29 at Amalie Arena.

Fans can bid on a chance to win one of five customized jerseys with the name and number of their choice by entering an auction through the Lightning Foundation.

The auction will run through Jan. 19 at 6 p.m. at gasparilla.givesmart.com.

In addition, the team is planning a Gasparilla-themed merchandise drop on Thursday. Merchandise will be available starting Thursday at noon at the Tampa Bay Sports team store at Amalie Arena and online at TampaBaySports.com.
