Rays: Charlie Morton (2-2, 4.74 regular season; 3-0, 0.57) has an extra day’s rest coming off a dazzling and relatively short outing in Saturday’s ALCS clincher, allowing two hits over 5 2/3 shutout innings on 66 pitches.
