Bulls redshirt junior RT Marcus Norman, who started all 12 games last season, has been named to the watch list for the Outland Trophy, which recognizes the nation's top interior lineman.

Norman becomes the second USF player named to a national watch list this preseason, joining TE Mitch Wilcox (Mackey Award).

Other state players on the 82-member Outland watch list: FSU C Alex Eberle, Miami C Tyler Gauthier, UCF DT Trysten Hill, Florida G Martez Ivey and UCF C Jordan Johnson.

Norman has started 21 consecutive games, emerging as an offensive stalwart of sorts for a team that has totaled more than 6,000 yards each of the last two seasons. USF ranked sixth nationally in total offense (513.0 ypg) and eighth in rushing (264.1) in 2017.

The Bulls open fall camp Aug. 3.
