It's not exactly the surreal surge of 2017, but USF picked up some modest recruiting momentum Wednesday with two non-binding verbal commitments.

Groveland South Lake ATH Kelley Joiner Jr. and Orlando Christian Prep WR Xavier Weaver are the latest to pledge to the Bulls, bringing USF's Class of 2019 commitment total to 10. Seven of the 10 commitments are projected as offensive players.

USF's class currently is ranked seventh in the American Athletic Conference by 247Sports, though five full months remain before the NCAA's early signing period.

Here's some Hudl footage of Joiner (5-foot-9, 180 pounds), who doesn't currently have a star ranking from 247Sports or Rivals. Neither does Weaver (6-1, 165), though he reportedly has offers from Wake Forest and Western Kentucky, among others.

Elsewhere, East Lake CB Micah Abraham, younger brother of former Bulls S Devin Abraham (to whom he bears a stunning resemblance), announced via Twitter he has received an offer from the Bulls.
