The post-UMass accolades continued trickling in for USF's Jordan Cronkrite on Monday, when the junior tailback was named American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week.
A University of Florida transfer, Cronkrite set a school and conference single-game record with 302 rushing yards and three touchdowns (on 23 carries) in the Bulls' 58-42 triumph. He gained 287 of those yards in the final three quarters.
His 77-yard scoring run in the third quarter was the ninth-longest in school history, and his 76-yarder later in the period ranked 10th.
He enters Friday night's game at Tulsa ranked second in the conference in rushing yards per game (151.5), and will try to become the first Bull to record four consecutive 100-yard rushing games since Marlon Mack in 2016.
