If the nation's pundits and prognosticators are accurate, USF won't be leaving the state — and perhaps not even the city — this bowl season.

We rounded up the latest bowl projections of 10 college football news outlets, and all 10 forecast the Bulls to play their bowl game in Florida. Six project them to play in the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl at Raymond James Stadium.

The Gasparilla Bowl, held last season at Tropicana Field, moves to Raymond James Stadium this year. Kickoff for the Dec. 20 game is 8 p.m.

Here's a breakdown of the projections:

Kyle Bonagura, ESPN: Gasparilla vs. UAB

Mitch Sherman, ESPN: Gasparilla vs. Middle Tennessee

Bill Bender, Sporting News: Cure vs. Louisiana-Monroe

Brett McMurphy, Stadium: Gasparilla vs. Miami

Jerry Palm, CBS Sports: Cure vs. Appalachian State

Eric Single, Sports Illustrated: Gasparilla vs. Miami

Joe Tansey, Bleacher Report: Boca Raton vs. FIU

Jason Kirk, SBNation: Gasparilla vs. Virginia Tech

Erick Smith, USA Today: Cure vs. Louisiana-Monroe

CollegeFootballNews.com: Gasparilla vs. UAB

In addition to the Cure, Boca Raton and Gasparilla bowls, the American Athletic Conference has primary tie-ins to four other bowls this season: Birmingham, Armed Forces, Military and Frisco.

It has secondary partnerships with the Liberty and Independence bowls (among others) if those bowls' primary conference affiliates can't fill their slots.
