Nearly 50 USF athletes graduating this weekend

Collectively, Bulls student-athletes maintain a GPA above 3.0.

Forty-nine Bulls student-athletes, including 11 football players, are among thousands formally graduating this weekend during spring commencement ceremonies across the USF System.

Collectively, Bulls student-athletes have achieved an annual GPA over 3.0 for a program-record eight consecutive semesters. More than 250 have graduated in the past three years, according to the school.

The latest collection of graduates includes four baseball and six softball players, who are competing out of town this weekend and were recognized during an informal ceremony prior to Tuesday night’s home baseball game.

All other graduates are participating in ceremonies at the Yuengling Center.
