ST. PETERSBURG — The Florida Holocaust Museum is inviting the community to celebrate the life of its founder, the late Walter P. Loebenberg, 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, at the museum. Wednesday would have been his 95th birthday. The museum was established by Loebenberg and his wife, Edie, with the assistance of other business people and community leaders. In honor of his memory, admission that day will be “Pay What you Wish” at the museum, 55 Fifth St. S.

The museum is asking for photographs, letters and one-minute videos that will be used during the program and given to his family. Submissions should be emailed to [email protected], or mailed to the Florida Holocaust Museum, Attention: Zoe Wright, 55 Fifth St. S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.
