ST. PETERSBURG — In collaboration with "Legacy Week 2019" and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, the Florida Holocaust Museum will host Dr. Susannah Heschel, professor of Jewish studies at Dartmouth College and daughter of Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel, confidant and friend of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Heschel's lecture about her father's legacy will include excerpts of both his and King's writings. She will speak at 6 p.m., Thursday, in Ballroom 1 at USF St. Petersburg's Student Center, 200 Sixth Ave. S, St. Petersburg. The program is free.
