Amalie Arena is about to welcome back a familiar face -- and another group who's long overdue for a stop in Tampa.
Stevie Nicks is returning to Amalie Arena for the fifth time since 2009 -- three of those stops came with Fleetwood Mac -- on Nov. 2, the venue announced today. And opening the show are New Wave rock icons Chrissie Hynde and the Pretenders, in what will be, near as we can tell, their first local show in about a decade.
For Nicks fans, this represents the chance to hear big solo hits (Stand Back, Edge Of Seventeen) alongside Fleetwood Mac classics (Gold Dust Woman, Dreams, Landslide). And for fans of the Pretenders, it'll mean hearing hits like Back on the Chain Gang, Brass In Pocket and My City Was Gone.
Tickets are $45.75 and up, and they'll go on sale Sept. 12. Click here for details.
