tbt* gets a fresh new logo look

tbt*'s new look.
tbt*'s new look.
Published May 7, 2017

Notice anything sharp or more edgy about your favorite free daily tabloid today?

That's right — our egg finally hatched. Our logo got an upgrade, and the rest of the paper sports a fresh new look, too.

Other good news: We're adding more than 100 locations to pick up a copy of tbt* Monday through Friday. It's now available in more than 50 Starbucks locations in the Tampa Bay area. And we're delivering shiny new racks to all of our outdoor distribution points.

There's fun new content coming, too. Every Friday, pick up the Weekend edition of tbt* to learn about the Local Craft Beer of the Week. Our beer correspondent, Justin Grant, will spotlight one offering from a local brewery. And while Justin's our expert, tell us if there's a favorite brew that we should check out. Brewers, have a limited release coming that we should know about in advance? Let Justin know by emailing jg@saintbeat.com.

In the coming weeks, you'll find more tbt* content at tbo.com. The tbt* newspaper pages on Facebook and Twitter already are sharing links for weather, local news and things to do on tbo.com.

What stays the same? It's still free. We're still coming at you with fresh takes on local, national and world news and the best (or cutest) photos of the day. And note that we kept the asterisk — so you can anticipate the same voice and snark you've come to expect from tbt* every work day.
