1 Leslie Odom Jr.: You'll want to be in the room where it happens when the Hamilton star, right, visits the University of South Florida for USF Week. The Tony Award winner who played Aaron Burr in the blockbuster Broadway show gives a free lecture at 8 p.m. Tuesday (doors open at 7:30 p.m.) in the Marshall Student Center Ballroom. 4202 E Fowler Ave., Tampa.

2 Blast Friday: Billy Joel fans get a treat at this month's downtown Clearwater block party with a free show by the Lords of 52nd Street, the famed lead musicians who backed up Joel during his most prolific period. Multi-instrumentalist Richie Cannata, drummer Liberty DeVitto and guitarist Russell Javors bring songs from The Stranger to Glass Houses. There's also a family-friendly food and craft festival and a beer garden. 5:30-10 p.m. Friday. 400 Block of Cleveland Street, Clearwater.

3 Free Tuesday at Glazer Children's Museum: The hands-on museum will kick off Child Abuse Awareness Month at noon with families planting pinwheels in the park. Then there is free admission from noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday. 110 W Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa.

4 Move More Day: St. Petersburg Deputy Mayor Kanika Tomalin will lead a staying fit and health rally that includes live music, goodie bags and a group walk around North Straub Park, Fifth Avenue NE and Bayshore Drive, St. Petersburg, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 4.

5 Feed the Critters Food Truck Rally: Grab some food from food trucks including the Pasta Bowl, Bay Street Burgers and Skoops Italian Ice. Enjoy a raptor show and a stroll along the trails. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. George C. McGough Nature Park, 11901 146th St. N, Largo. Free.
