Music: The Who frontman Roger Daltrey rocks Clearwater's Ruth Eckerd Hall ($63.50-$128.25) tonight. Greater Pinellas Country Fair: A country-themed fair comes to the England Brothers Bandshell Park in Pinellas Park this week, with Herrmann's Royal Lipizzan Stallions, pig racing, petting zoo, animal exhibits, arts and crafts, midway rides and carnival games.
