Alzheimer's Family Organization support group leader orientation: The purpose of the meeting is to instruct individuals in how to run a support group. Upon completion of the program, the support group leader will receive a certificate and be eligible to affiliate a support group with the Alzheimer's Family Organization. Refreshments will be served. 'Chronic Disease Management': The six-week workshop, sponsored by Elder Options, offers skills for living better with chronic health conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and asthma.
