When the Rays take on the evil empire known as the Boston Red Sox on Saturday it will be the team's popular Star Wars Night, and you can get a Han Longo (that's a Han Solo-Evan Longoria crossover) bobblehead with a special $39 ticket.

The Star Wars Night ticket gets you a Press Level seat and the bobblehead if you purchase the ticket at raysbaseball.com/specialevents by 11:59 p.m. Thursday. The event will have Star Wars characters roaming the stadium for pictures, special graphics from the movie throughout the game and contests for prizes.

The popular night at the ballpark comes amid a flurry of mania surrounding the galaxy far, far away. While the world awaits The Force Awakens opening in December, Disney set Twitter on fire for #ForceFriday when it unleashed new merchandise for the film.

Also announced recently, Orlando will get its first Star Wars Half Marathon weekend, a series of races for kids and ultra runners April 14-17, with signups coming to runDisney.com on Sept. 22.

And the theme park has announced that Hollywood Studios will get a new 14-acre Star Wars area that will put visitors behind the controls of the Millennium Falcon, although an opening date hasn't been released.
