Clearwater Beach Restaurant Week: Expanded culinary celebration offers the chance to check out Clearwater's roster of restaurants, with prix fixe menus specially prepared by the chefs. 11 a.m., Clear Sky Beachside Cafe, 490 Mandalay Ave., Clearwater and Bobby's Bistro & Wine Bar, 447 Mandalay Ave., Clearwater. $15-$35 prix fixe menus; some locations offer lunch menus for $10-$15. Clothing Swap: Bring up to five used garments to exchange for vouchers to use on garments brought in by other participants.
