Nearly every Thanksgiving dish, from the turkey to the sides, requires the addition of broth. Because most of us likely are not roasting chicken meat and bones for homemade broth and stock, we can expect to buy several cartons of chicken broth this month. Our judges wanted to know if the various brands offer any different tastes. We sampled 10 brands of prepared chicken broth from local grocery stores, and plan to stock up on Swanson.
