I'd like the ginger-based salad dressing from the restaurant Yoko's in Tampa. Thank you.

Leigh Feuer, Tampa

We couldn't get our hands on the exact salad dressing recipe from Yoko's, but St. Petersburg resident Lyn Wood has been making this sesame ginger dressing for some time. It is full of Asian flavor. I found the sesame taste strong, so I would suggest starting with a smaller quantity of the dark sesame oil and tasting it to make sure you like it before adding the full tablespoon. Agave nectar can usually be found near the sugar in most supermarkets. While Lyn enjoys this dressing on a mixed green salad, she also suggests using it on an Asian coleslaw or cold noodle salad.
