Pizza Gregario owner Greg Seymour started making wood-fired pizza in the early 2000s in California and hasn't looked back. Since opening this neighborhood pizza shop that rigorously sources local ingredients in 2013, Seymour has been making sourdough pizzas, along with salads and other sides for his customers who are willing to wait for his creations.
