Whenever we talk about summertime memories, our panelists always end their stories with ice cream. Making our own cones was a big treat in my youth, and our tasters have similar experiences. This week, we asked them to taste some of the sugar cones on the market to see if those memories hold true today. Even though it's easy to buy pre-assembled ice cream cones, our judges said they prefer selecting their own cones and creating individualized treats. We sampled five plain sugar cones to see which ones held up best.
