Veteran comic Wendy Liebman to perform in Tampa

She may not be a household name, but you likely recognize Wendy Liebman from her frequent stops on late-night comedy shows, her HBO specials and her distinctive look and her standup style, noted for seemingly throwaway punch lines that are really sneak attacks. "This Thanksgiving I made a 28-pound turkey . . . pot pie," or "I really like to shop . . . lift." So you have to pay attention during Liebman's show, filled with mostly clean, cutting humor.
