Busch Gardens offers 2018 Fun Card early, with a free Adventure Island pass

Busch Gardens has put its 2018 Fun Card on sale early, meaning you can get two free months to visit the Tampa theme park for the rest of this year and a free Adventure Islands water park pass in 2018.

This is the fifth year that Busch Gardens has offered perks for people who buy the "pay for a day" pass early. The $104.99 Fun Card gets you unlimited admission, but not free parking or shopping discounts that come with the more expensive Annual Pass. It is valid from the date of purchase through Dec. 31, 2018.

The park noted in its announcement that the admission deal means you can also go to special events planned at Busch Gardens including the Christmas Town holiday shows and seasonal attractions on select nights Nov. 19-Dec. 31. Also, the new Three Kings Celebration is coming Jan. 1-6 with Latin traditions, live entertainment honoring the three wise men and Busch Gardens' display of thousands of twinkling lights. The Food & Wine Festival returns weekends March 3-April 29.

New this year at Adventure Island, a new ride called Vanish Point opens next spring with free-fall drop attraction. Riders will enter skyboxes and the floor will disappear, sending them through 425 feet of spiraling tubes.

The two-park Fun Card offer ends March 25. Buy it online at buschgardens.com, at the Busch Gardens' front gate or by calling toll-free (813) 884-4386.
