Busch Gardens and SeaWorld ticket prices went up $2 to $97, Busch Gardens announced Wednesday — the second ticket price increase in a year for the theme parks, which hiked prices $3 last May.

Today's Weekend section featuring look at the new theme park attractions this summer is printed in advance, and features yesterday's prices.

General admission to Busch Gardens and SeaWorld is now $97, $92 for ages 3-9.

Busch Gardens' online deal of $75 for a weekday is the same, but it's now $2 more at $87 to get a second day free. A $99 two-park, two-meal deal through June 14 (to be redeemed by Oct. 11) for admission to Adventure Island and Busch Gardens is unchanged.

SeaWorld has a price increase but also a break. It's now $97, $92 for ages 3-9, but its weekday ticket price dropped $5 to $70 at SeaWorldOrlando.com.

"The cost of a Busch Gardens ticket stays true to the incredible quality and experiences found at our parks," Busch Gardens spokesman Travis Claytor said. "Busch Gardens continues to find amazing ways to take guests on adventures they can't get any place else, and deliver an unparalleled mix of animal encounters, captivating shows and thrilling rides. Additionally, guests continue to share with us that Busch Gardens provides incredible entertainment value."
