Folks around Tampa Bay might be a little surprised when they step out first thing Wednesday morning.
That's because our recent muggy mornings have been replaced by a surprisingly pleasant feel as a high pressure system brings lower humidity and more comfortable conditions.
Overnight lows are in the low 60s, but with a refreshing feel bolstered by breezes from the northeast, according to the National Weather Service.
Winds will kick up throughout the day, with sustained winds of 10-15 mph and higher gusts possible, forecasters said. Highs will be in the low 80s.
Warm and mostly sunny conditions will remain intact heading into the weekend, when a front will produce a 70 percent chance of rain on Saturday along with cooler temperatures that will last well into last week, forecasters said.
