Miami native Sean Kingston has been accused of gang raping a teenager in a Seattle hotel room after a Justin Bieber concert three years ago, TMZ reports. Kingston's bodyguard and a member of his band also are named in the lawsuit.

A woman named Carissa Capeloto, now 22, says the Beautiful Girls singer invited her to his hotel after the July 2010 concert and was waiting naked on his bed when she arrived. Noting she had smoked marijuana and had as many as 10 shots of vodka, she says Kingston's bodyguard put her on top of the singer before all three men raped her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."

A friend later came into the room and called police, the site reports. She was taken to a hospital and treated for injuries corresponding to a sexual assault. TMZ adds that an initial criminal case against Kingston was dropped in 2010 because Capeloto "wasn't credible enough" to bring a case, hence this latest suit.

Capeloto wants at least $5 million, claiming in the lawsuit she has suffered severe emotional trauma, and now suffers mood swings, insomnia and panic attacks. Kingston has filed paperwork claiming the sex was consensual. The site says a trial is set for November.
