Haylie Duff is directing and starring in a movie in Tampa Bay

It is the 11th movie that David Yates and Danny Roth have produced here in the last year.
 
 
 
“I’m currently in Florida, directing my first movie!” actor Haylie Duff wrote on Instagram from Clearwater. The movie, which started three weeks of shooting on both sides of the bridge on Monday, is tentatively titled “Project Baby.”
