A bicyclist died Saturday evening after being hit by a vehicle in the area of Ulmerton Road and 66th Street N, Largo police said.
Police said the bicyclist was crossing the road in an unlit area -- and without bike lights -- and was struck by a northbound vehicle. Police responded to the crash about 9 p.m. and found the bicyclist dead at the scene.
Police said they are investigating and did not release any other details.
